I AM LOOKING FOR specific
"My ADHD parent coaching was astounding with what we achieved. I thought it was my children's behaviour I needed to change but actually, when Jen helped me explore what was in my power to change, my whole household changed. These are skills for life and I still can't quite believe how much more stress-free our home is"
Kirsty
“I was blown away by how helpful this was to daily life and living in general with more focus. I now don’t feel the same daily stress I used to accept as “how I am” but now see that as a choice and something I can change myself”
Molly
Jen was really engaging, and the content was interesting and super helpful with managing the everyday struggles of an ADHD brain. Great practical activity and tools to use in life"
“Jen was a fantastic coach and she had so much knowledge to impart but she didn't unload it all at one go"
Bridget
“The content, structure and community aspects of the group were fantastic. This course is a must for anyone that wants to slow down and work on their well-being, patience, and reactivity”
Sam, Sydney
“The group connection Jen fosters through this course is wonderful. After each workshop, I found a key concept really stuck in my head and heart (a sign of great content & delivery) to remind me of my mindful focus for the week”
Sally
“I was infected by Jen’s enthusiasm and positivity as well as her open-mindedness in how she approaches different individuals and their perspectives. It’s so important to let people figure out what works for them and help them get invested and enjoy the journey”
Leon
"This has been so helpful, and it makes me so hopeful that I can work with my ADHD, I do not need to be ashamed or feel like I am not enough because of it anymore"
"Amazing! This is the first workshop that I have come away feeling positive and empowered"
Newly diagnosed with ADHD, this workshop helped understand why I do the odd things I have done all my life. It gave me awesome tools to manage the behaviours that are considered odd by neurotypical people!! Thanks Jen 😀😀😀. I’m now following you waiting for more workshops!
