ADHD burnout is becoming more and more prevalent in a “busyness” culture that can be hardwearing or counter intuitive on ADHD nervous systems and brain wiring.  ADHD wellbeing coaching focusses on managing more effectively the juggle of personal and / or professional demands in order to avoid, process through or recover from burnout. ADHD wellbeing coaching can also explore how the cognitive mind can keep us stuck in old patterns that don’t serve our physical or mental health.
