A common misnomer is that stress happens to people and that we are not in control of that – what if we flip that on its head and choose how to respond rather than react. This session gives powerful tools and concepts to dis-identify from all our daily stressors and the bigger ticket items, and create a different relationship – one where we have more agency to choose our response. The workshop gives powerful and practical tools to both recognise and choose reductions of stress levels in the moment.
