Parent coaching for ADHD is a collaborative partnership that is focused on moving you and your child(ren) forward in life.  Parent coaching is to help parents manage their home environment and family relationships to understand their child’s unique traits, improve positive behaviours and increase emotional connections with their child.

I specialise in kids emotions coaching and have undertaken multiple programs outside of both life coaching and ADHD coaching in order to facilitate empowering parents to really create the mindset and surroundings that enable their ADHD child(ren) to flourish and excel.   A qualified ADHD coaching lens enables a uniquely high degree of skill and understanding in this type of brain wiring.
